The i-City Financial District with a gross development value of 1.5 billion is unveiled

(Shah Alam, 27th) The i-City Financial District (Finance Avenue) under i Company (IBHD, 4251, Main Board Real Estate) was officially unveiled today. This project with a gross development value of RM1.5 billion has nearly 40% completed. It is expected to be fully completed by the end of 2025.
The i-City financial district in Shah Alam, Selangor is about 7.45 acres. In April this year, Maybank (MAYBANK, 1155, Main Board Financial Services) has entered the Mercu Maybank Smart Enterprise Building in the area.
Other facilities in the area include an International Convention and Exhibition Centre (iCC), Hill10 and BeCentral high-end residences, and high-end offices. He revealed that the International Convention and Exhibition Centre (iCC) in the region will also be completed by the end of 2023. i-City also covers smart technology equipment such as comprehensive certified Tier 3 data centers, 400 network connections and dual fiber network infrastructure.

DoubleTree by Hilton hotel full in first two weeks of August
The DoubleTree by Hilton i-City in the i-City financial district is now fully booked for the first two weeks of its official opening in August. In addition, His Highness Sultan Sharafuddin Selangor will officiate the opening ceremony for the hotel on August 11.
Lim Jin Huang said that with the official opening of the hotel, it also highlights the company's commitment to introducing world-class brands into the i-City financial district and continuing to contribute to the Selangor economy.
The company believes that the hotel will enhance the financial district's positioning, outlining i-City's vision of being a mixed-use development and tourist attraction. A 10-foot-tall, 1,100-kilogram bull statue was also placed in the center of the financial district as a symbol of the district.
